Double Shift in Electron/Chromium apps (Claude Desktop, Codex, VS Code, Slack): the app now asks Chromium to expose its text fields, and a word that could not be confirmed is no longer left selected, so the next typing no longer erases it.
Added a diagnostic log (Console, category manual-convert) that records why a manual conversion did nothing; it never contains your text.
