RMS Threads Assistant is live: a local-first desktop app that finds conversations relevant to your brand on Threads, drafts AI replies for your review, and gives you a full planner for your own posts — without scraping the platform or handing your credentials to a third party.
The app talks to Threads only through the official API. Your Meta access token never touches your desktop — it lives on a minimal edge service, and you connect your own Meta Developer app rather than sharing one with other users. Every AI-generated reply passes a safety check before publishing, and you decide how much gets auto-approved versus reviewed by hand.
Beyond replies, the built-in Planner handles original posts and multi-post threads: auto-splitting long text, image carousels of up to 20 photos, and scheduling down to the minute. Telegram integration means you can approve, edit, or reschedule drafts without opening a laptop.
